Javonni is a daughter and lover of Jesus who is passionate about reconciling people to the heart of God in both ministry and marketplace settings. With a unique blend of business acumen and spiritual insight, she brings over 8 years of executive and organizational leadership experience to every engagement.

Her journey includes specialized training at Walt Disney World in Organizational Leadership, 3 years at Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry, and a B.S. in Public Health Administration from Rutgers University. Her heart: bridging generational gaps and raising up the next generation of leaders, innovators, and dreamers.
